How do I download the free software?

To begin playing, you’ll need to download the Zodiac Casino software by clicking on a download link on our site. When the “File Download” dialog box appears, click the SAVE button. Next, in the “Save As” dialog box, we recommend selecting “Desktop” to save the file there, then click “Save”. The download will then begin and can take 2 to 10 minutes depending on your connection speed. Once the software has downloaded, you’ll see a “Download Complete” dialog box; click the “Run” button to start the installation.

What is involved with the installation process after downloading?

The installation process is straightforward. First, Zodiac Casino will ask you to accept the End User License Agreement, and you’ll need to click the button to begin. How do I register as a player at the Casino?

Please enter these details carefully, as they’ll be used for verification and as a mailing address for your winnings; also, remember the password is case sensitive. How do I select a Preferred Method Of Payment (PMOP)?

When you withdraw, you’ll be asked to select your PMOP. To do this, log in to your Casino account, click on the “Bank” button, then click on the “Withdrawal” Button and enter your amount. Next, select your PMOP from the drop-down menu and complete all relevant fields for your chosen PMOP, such as bank address and account numbers if you use CADEFT or DBT/Swift. How do I reverse a withdrawal?

Your withdrawal will remain pending in your casino account for 48 hours and will then be processed on the following business day. How long will it take to receive the withdrawal?
